The watch works with iPhone (iOS 14 or later) and Android phones (Android 7 or later). Calls and notifications need a Bluetooth link to your phone.
Can I take calls from my wrist?
Yes, when the watch is connected to your phone over Bluetooth you can dial and answer calls from the watch.
Can it handle rain and sweat?
The watch has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and is made for everyday splashes and rain. Do not use it for swimming, diving or in hot water. Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time.
How often will I need to charge it?
The 1400 mAh battery is rated for up to 60 days of typical use and up to 200 days in standby. Actual battery life varies with the features you use, such as the always-on display, calls, notifications and sport modes.
Are the health readings medical-grade?
No. The watch is a consumer wellness device and is not a medical device. Heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), sleep and stress readings are estimates and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Talk to a health professional about any medical concern.

Yes. Ask for a return within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. The watch must be new or like new, in its box, with all its parts. What does the warranty cover?
Yes. Every watch includes a 90-day limited warranty from the delivery date. It covers verified manufacturing defects and internal hardware or software malfunctions during normal use. Exclusions apply, as described in our Refund, Return and Warranty Policy.
When will it arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days and then delivered in about 7-12 business days after shipment. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders of $119.95 or more, and $4.99 on smaller orders.
